Good evening!

I got interested in perfins and started reading about it. I thought I had a lot of Canadian perfins but I only found 11! (Then, I found ~180 American perfins, probably explains why I thought I had much more!)

I found the BNAPS Perfin handbook and was able to identify some of the companies!

Bottom two could be fakes, not sure how to tell but I know the perforation machine was getting dull.

My favorite is a KGV Sc#166 with two perforations exactly through the eyes!

CPR Canadian Pacific railways
OHMS On His/Her Majesty's Service
MLI Mtropolitan Life Insurance company
BT Bell Telephone Company
PD Park Davis Company
Trav Travellers Insurance Company

No fakes.
"Blind punctures" with perfins are the bane of every perfin collector.

The preferred way to Illustrate Perfins
(depending on your computer expertise)
is to show front and back, in one image

The perfin nerds (God bless them) like to catalogue every different stamp issue the perfin has been punctured

eg Trav

Thanks for the info, I'll figure out a way to have both sides.

Still no computer or internet at home, we are being told we should have the internet by the end of 2023! (They've been telling us that for three years now so we're getting there…!) I'm doing everything with my phone!

I was able to find an online resource for Canadian perfins. Does such as resource exist for the US perfins?

Not that I am aware of, same with Great Britain
There are Catalogues available, but at a King's Ransom.

For United States (Some) Google "Zenius" and scroll through pages.
