This cover is from a member of the RCAF in Iceland. Under the machine cancellation is an RAF POST OFFICE 001 date stamp dated 06-10-1943 and an RAF censor cachet type 6 censor number 114. Both of these were used in Iceland.
What I am not sure of is where the Machine cancellation (dated 13-10-43) was applied. I assume in Canada not Iceland but so far I have not found any references for it.
