Not a rarity - just an oddity for your viewing pleasure. Please weigh in with your thoughts!

12.1 x 12.25, heavy ink. Horizontal weave - the interesting part is the position dot at 9 o'clock . There also seems to be a dot in the oval at 3 o'clock, but this is likely an ink blob (?). Is there any way that this could be dual position dots?
