Morning all, hoping there is a Greek expert that can help me identify three stamps found in an old album. I have trawled through the internet and my 2008 Hellas catalogues vol 1&2 but no joy at all. First up, on the left, is a Crete 10 lepta brown with what appears to be an Arabic overprint, or could be a neat Arabic manuscript cancel. Centre stamp is again Crete, a regular 1900 25 lepta blue but carrying a '10' surcharge and lettering I can't make out, in red. The right hand stamp is a grey 1 drachma 'Hermes' large format stamp with the large Hellas overprint of 1909. Any assistance much appreciated.
Regards
DavidR

10L: this is a postal-fiscal that originally was a revenue stamp sometimes used for postage. What looks like arabic is actually Greek script. So, this is a revenue usage of the stamp.
10 on 25L: another revenue stamp of Crete.
1L: this is from the island of Samos. In Scott, it is listed behind Greece, even though it was independent for a time just like Crete. Not sure but that might be part of a straightline town cancel though I can't find anything that might match today.

The first two are not listed as postage stamps ,but I have a group of revenue stamps which are both some look like the same as postage stamps and others are postage stamps with overprints . So my guess is that they are revenues .

Floortrader and Hy-Brasil. Thanks very much for your responses. My Hellas catalogue does show the Samos stamp (missed this when searching), but only gives the grey with large overprint in conjunction with the 1914 General Administration overprint, in red. On checking Stampworld it is listed as the regular 1912 issue. Still a slight mystery there, Hellas shows it as a yellow-green stamp! Will add the two Crete to my pages as revenues but without dates.
Thanks again gents.

Yes, I have it as the 1912 standard Opt
The slanting Overprint? I checked 300 Greek post offices, nothing similar.
