No, not computer made unless you can explain better exactly what you are talking about.

I will leave this to all the "experts " who are on the board . Me I am just a worldwide stamp collector .

As for me , I will spend the day enjoying the run up in Disney stock ,maybe spend the day at Disney World and sitting down with a Starbucks Coffee and watch other people spending their money at the parks . I will lighten up my position so I have money for the next Kelleher Collection Auction .

A better resolution image would have allowed for easier observation of the dot-by-dot print specific to a computer printer.
I don't think you need experts, but an image and good eyes.
