Hi,
Below are 3 pictures of a bunck of blocks of 4of post WWII austria stamps. I think are all CTO. No gum on the backs at all. Are these really CTO and what interest is there out there about them?

What about the lack of gum? Who/why would someone Favor stamp them or CTO and remove the glue?

To make them look properly used, to avoid the gum's damaging the stamp … who knows at this juncture? Or they could be genuinely, postally used, of course!
