In the Scott catalog, the notes under Austria 110a-127 end with "similar designs" for Offices in Crete and Offices in the Turkish Empire. See the Turkish Empire listings at the end of the Austria listings, #49, with the denomination in piasters.

As per John,
see the last stamp.
Hmm, maybe not I see white spots at teeth, maybe is the 1908 further up.
Check back of stamp is coloured or not.
