What, if anything, are you asking about these? I know nothing about Australian stamp uses, but these look like postage stamps used as fiscals.

Probably stuck to receipts to pay stamp duty. This was pretty common through the British Commonwealth. The signature/date across the stamp validated the receipt.

Definitely fiscal/revenue usages. Very typical usage of British and British Commonwealth stamps that we might assume are for postage only, even ones inscribed "POSTAGE" only.
