Trying to figure this one out, looks to be perf 11.
Too short to be 596 and not wide enough to be 594, Any thoughts?

Short and wide = a stamp from a booklet, which is printed on paper turned 90 degrees from sheet-stock. The paper is dampened for printing, then shrinks differently across/with the grain before gumming and perforating resulting in the booklet stamps of this era being shorter/wider than their sheet counterparts. Scott could be more communicative about this.
