I've seen the book for sale on ebay recently Rod. One in the USA and one in India. The condition was very ordinary in both cases, as was the price, and the postage charges. Part 3 runs from page 355 to 579. |

So, let me get this straight, there is no separate book as Part 3 ?
I have to buy the book 579 pages which is Parts 1-2 and 3?
That had me confused, as I already have pts 1 &2
What's the annex ?
I'll email the vendors if pages 355 to 579.
I have made an offer.

The Annex was a website that is now sadly long gone, that had lots of pdfs.
Yes Rod, the book is in three parts, and runs to 579 pages in total. |

Thanks for the kind words, I'll keep you posted. My part 1 and 2 is in loose leaf style, which is what I prefer but excited to get the Part 3, it involves all my oddities. The vendor has 65,840 items for sale on ebay ! Sheesh. (PS It never came up on my searches for the catalogue on ebay) |
