Photogravure Aerogramme Issues Of Israel 1951-1953

Mike Ludeman has provided his wonderful exhibit "A Study Of the Design and Printing Of the Photogravure Aerogramme Issues of Israel 1951-1953". Mike developed this exhibit by studying Otto M. Lilien's comprehensive photogravure experience in the early 1950s. Mike has been kind enough to include some of Lilien's documentation for an even deeper understanding of this interesting period in Israel's postal history.

Thanks for posting and drawing attention to this. Otto M. Lilien produced may items including Israel Maximum Cards for some of the early stamp issues.

I collect Israel aerogrammes so this is particularly interesting. Thank you. Aerogrammes don't get enough love.

Their physical difficulty in swiping right, I suppose.
