Experienced stamps need a home too. I'd rather have an example that is imperfect than no example. I collect for enjoyment, not investment. APS Member #223433 Postmark Collectors Club Member #6333 Meter Stamp Society Member #1409 |

Fantastic! Nice to see an Ecuador collection that mine could potentially look like someday! |

Nicely done.
Beautiful collection for a country not often seen on SCF.
Thanks for sharing. |

Lovely stamps. I'd demur on the pages - these deserve better than Steiner's clumsy lay-outs. |

Won't disagree on the relatively Spartan design of Steiner pages Geoff; but as far as I am aware; there aren't many options for Ecuador in regards to albums. That said, for my Israel collection I did splurge on Davo Luxe albums and think I have more in the doggone books/slipcovers than the actual stamps! |

Andy - before I got rid of my South American collection, I had an Ecuador Scott (Specialty?) album from the early-60s. I didn't like that much either. In general, I'd rather mess around with blank quadrille pages so that I don't have someone else's lay-out! |

That's a nice collection. Did you measure the angles of the 1928-29 provisionals? Or, did you just eyeball them? If you measured them, how? An itty-bitty protractor? |
