I am looking for a screen shot of a column that appeared in Linn's Stamp news years back. I believe it appears on the Letters to the Editor page and was located left side page in lower left. Linn's compiled all these in a book. I had saved these clippings years back but tossed them at some point. Visually it had a wide black bar at top of article. It had a graphic then some text. It was in the older tabloid sized issues.

It was not the Collecting Made Easy book.

Are you referring to the "U.S. Stamp Facts" series?

(This example from 9/26/1994.)

Thanks That is the format but there was a series on collecting tips if I recall. This is close enough for now.

Without having a better of what "years back" means ... the only thing I see is the "Collecting made easy" quarter page on the lower left corner of page 6 (of the same 9/26/1994 issue I happened to grab before). I must admit I am confused because you mention "collecting tips", but not "collecting made easy".
