I had started a discussion on a general thread but wanted to move it here since this forum is Austria Specific. My Stepdad was Hungarian as was his and he has very nice stamp collection from there and Switzerland and surrounding areas. The thread below I received a lot of help on and then the thread got too long and interest was lost. Hoping I can get some more info on these and the other 19 stamps in the Graz Provisional Issue.

Also, someone provided the picture of the Mi catalog but I can neither speak or read German or Hungarian and so the picture of the catalog is, as they say, all Greek to me. But Iam trying to translate it and so far think I am doing well.
From those 2 helpful posts et al, I think this is what I do understand:
A) All the stamps are Perf 12.5 and
B) since they do not have "bullseye corners" I am pretty sure they are Line Perf'd.
C) the Osterriech overprint on all measures as Type 1 at just over 18mm (Type II is 16.24mm)
D) These 4 stamps and the 19 lower value stamps were certified by Karl Weihs on 8.5.1947 and stamped on the back of each stamp with the cert #. I am unfortunately on in possesion of all but the 24
So it looks like I have a 693IA-696IA Type I. Hopefully my logic and research has been accurate and maybe someone could comment if it is. If more info needed just let me know what I can do.
Armed with that information if anyone can tell me what these 4 might be worth I would appreciate it. I do not have access to a catalogue in english or with US Dollar amounts.
I was also wondering if it would be worth it to get the missing stamp (with a certificate or get one) but in order to do that I would need to know if the valus of a full set of both lower and higher values, 23 in all is enough to cover the expense of getting the one stamp. So if anyone knows or can provide the value of a full set of 23 that would be awesome too
