Would you please tell your opinions if this stamp could be printed on the rotary press , and is it with perforations across the top and bottom 11 and 10½ perforations along the left and right edge ?
It's difficult ,for me to tell and every information on the stamp would be helpful.

Looks like a Scott 632 to me. 11x10.5 Rotary

Thank you .I also suspected that it could be Scott #632 ,but I'm also a bit little confused with the color. Is this yellow green or green?
