Want to know what the community thinks about this stamp, as whether I should send this in for Authentication or not ? and where would the best place be, to send it. I would appreciate any advice or comments. Thank you in advance, to anyone who responds to my post.

Don't bother, your image shows the tiny traces of perforation left behind when the top was trimmed.

The top shows disruption or the edge of a perforation at several locations. It's been trimmed. There is also the slightest valley at the right (referencing the face of the stamp) where the top was trimmed by scissors and not longer, truer cut.

Good scan, by the way, it lets us really get a good look at the patient.

Also note that the bottom and top imperforate edges are not parallel.
