Your precancelled postal card is a beautiful piece of Iowa postal history. I would agree with the information in rogdcam's link, that this card is extremely rare and probably the only one like it to exist today.
Kalona, Iowa started as a small railroad town in an area of farms settled by the Amish Mennonite community. Today, the town is an Iowa tourist attraction because they saved most of the old town buildings and moved them into the Kalona Historical Village.
