I have two stamps from the Belgian Occupation of Ruanda Urundi - both with blue overprints - I was wondering if someone could tell me if these are real or fake overprints.
I would say genuine because I'm unaware of any forgeries of the blue overprints. If you're reading Scott, are you perhaps looking at the notes for the "RUANDA." and "URUNDI." overprints issued before these?
Otherwise, if you were wondering about the 10c, the "old" vignette is correct for the blue overprint.
Thank you very much. I believe I made a mistake listing these as a worth while investigation. These are common and not worth forging. Not sure why I marked them the way I did.
