Sorry, if wrong forum. Just wondering what was the purpose of this card.... for postal stationary use or just made up for collectors? Can't find any info from my usual Third Reich resources. Thank You for reading this!
The literal translation is "Appointment of the Governor General for the occupied Polish territories". So it would appear that it is a souvenir collectable card for the attendees or for the 7 Nov. 1939 occasion.
