The overprint is a forgery. That stamp was never overprinted with that overprint, except for one sample that was printed solely for the Reichspost Museum.

I wouldn't be surprised if the underlying stamp is a forgery as well, since the printing appears rather blurry in my opinion.

Can you post a higher-resolution image and a link to where you bought it from (assuming you purchased it online) please?

1) For us to know whether you did "ok," we'd have to know how much you spent.
2) Any amount is too much in this case, as PGS notes, that stamp was never issued with that overprint. You don't have a rarity or newly-found stamp, you have a fake.
3) Consider buying from more reputable sources, and spending a few dollars on a catalog such as Scott, Michel, etc.

But it looks much better, even if forged, than the not-blue-paper you posted in another topic thread.
