Hi Everyone. It has been a while since I have posted in this forum. Glad to be back too.

I am wondering if any member of this group can tell me if Belgium issued stamps with pressurized gum? I have several sets that do not have any cancellation / postmark on them but all appear to be this type of gum?? If they do issue stamps this way, can anyone tell me when they started and with what stamp (Scott # if possible.)

Thank you

Bujutsu

Did you mean pressure-sensitive gum, i.e., self-adhesive stamps? If so, since the 1990s.

Looks like Scott 1677 1-12-1997 Flowers booklet

Hi and yes NSK. They appear to be like uncancelled stamps w/o gum. Most likely is that type. Thanks for the info

It would not be difficult to check whether the stamps in question, indeed, are self-adhesives.
