Bragging eh! Well, if I had those sets I would be bragging also. Very nice,

Lovely stamps !
Just a word of observation, (happened to me, as was suggested by an SCF member, to my joy)
(IF) you are using Steiner pages, then your settings may be out, evidenced by the stamp borders being shown outside the mounts. I cannot recall how I fixed it (printer page settings?) But was delighted when the borders were hidden.
You may prefer them not so, just a mention.

Peter, not bragging; 2/3rds are MH, but just happy to complete pages so thought I'd post. Apologies if this came off as arrogant or whatever, just wanted to contribute/share.
Rod, you are correct, I've contacted Bill Steiner over a few odd pages (Liberia 1894 officials are now correct per Scott as of Sunday :-) and wondered if I should mention this to him. Have the same issue with Australia on some issues. Do you? No, I don't care for the look; much prefer the "no line" look/no borders showing. Am going to re-print/mount the entire Canada collection at some point though as I used the wrong paper, which smudged and didn't dry or set or whatever. Used the same awful paper for Ceylon and Australia as well. Also seems to help if I let the pages dry for a day before stacking them; but that's for another forum.
Cheers.
In the process of the same |

Andyrich, I did not mean the bragging in any derogatory way - I am truly impressed with the stamps. I especially love the Quebec Tercentenary Issue

Hi Andy Quote: Have the same issue with Australia on some issues. Do you? Not that I am currently aware, sometimes, I go to mount some WW stamps on pages I have printed years ago, and find the same problem. I have to print new pages. Dashed if I can recall who on SCF made me aware of the problem, I do know I fixed it my end. Being in Australia, I have a feeling my pages, were not A4 at the time. Your pages in your locale, may determine a different size. Perhaps play with your printer page options. Good Luck |

PS: smudged pages? I guess you are using ink cartridges. Been there, had similar results. Purchased a Brother HL234 Laser (Non Colour) (circa $60 AUD?) Never looked back After changing a few cartridge suppliers, now getting fabulous results (guess) over 5000 pages for a $14 cartridge (free post) If it's any help, these are my Brother Laser settings (and the choice of page dimensions etc) |

Thank you Centerstage; nice of you to say that. So want to pull out the perf holes that remain on the 135 but am terrified of pulling an actual perforation.
Rod, printing using a HP Pro MFP M29W laser printer. Nothing fancy, or even close to new. I've found out that only the Neenah 65lb card stock seems to work well; and letting the pages dry for a day or two rather than stacking them together immediately makes a huge difference. Only issues I've had with sizing on Steiner pages were the aforementioned Australia and Canada, and I print on 8 1/2" x 11" as you do, but I'm not sure about the zoom, which you seem to have set at 95.61%.
Will figure it all out at some point. Maybe :-) Using Showgard 24's for the Admiral/Scroll/Arch issues, so could probably go to 25 mm; but that's just a hair too big... |

Nice Canada pages. For myself, I couldn't care less about MH or MUH/MNH. I want nice centering and nice perfs. Yours look good.
Are you always looking to upgrade centering over time, or do you consider a page "done" when it's filled? |

Cjd - Good for now; have way too many other preoccupations; one being trying to complete the Libya 47a/60a (perf 11) set; although that will likely take some time. 4/10 down though, although one has some pretty rough perfs. Thank you Stallzer, very kind of you to say that. Another page that I enjoy quite a lot: |

Congratulations on your completed Canada pages. They look great. Some Admiral issues were wet printed and others were dry printed and some were wet printed and dry printed. It does not look like Scott distinguishes them in their catalogue. |
