Alas, so many fakes and frauds (the stamps of Tibet, I mean) - can anyone recommend a reputable dealer in this space? The issues are a bit of a minefield, and it'd be great to buy from someone who knows where to step. Thanks!

How much money do you want to spend ?

Tibet stamps are going to be a very expensive because for the first few years your going to need Cert's on everything your going to collector .

I think your best bet would be to follow auctions and mail sales that are offering material signed by recognized experts. There have been stamps signed by expert collectors, but those aren't generally respected. And, with the dislike of expert signatures in the US and the end of that practice, you'll need to get certificates for all if you expect to sell them in the future.
