It appears to be a segment of a cancellation.

Hi

It is the best I can do.

AT bottom right the line is blue style hair line.

There is a blue dot at top corner right just over 1

CDcollector, there are a few things you can do to get at least a bit better picture.
First, try taking a picture out of the stamp mount.
Secondly, you are on a computer - you can get rid of all the black around the stamp?

We really need a flat bed scan of the stamp, out of the mount, on black paper, well cropped, and uploaded using the image optimizer of this website. If cropped appropriately, you can take almost any size image and reduce it to under 300k by following the directions. A tutorial on how to do this is located here:
https://stampsmarter.org/Learning/SCF/help1.html
or just follow this helpful link:

A 300k pic, but with 250k of that being black border doesn't help at all.

I believe your stamp is a reprint. The color of the ink is too dark .Can you tell me what the perforations are ?

The first image worksforme since it can be expanded. Hard to tell, but this is Jordan, Scott 66 from April 1923.

Scott has the perf for this as 11-1/2. CdCollector, please check that on your stamp if you would.

Not an expert on these but it passes the tests for me: correct perf, correct letter shapes from what I can see, overprint is properly typographed as shown by the dents in the paper.
