I just picked this one up and have a question about the vertical perforations. It appears the top row is spaced differently than all of the other rows. This is identified as Scott 26, ACSC 89(22)i and is described as location 22L22, which means it is not a top or bottom margin stamp. I've seen other copies where the top row is spaced correctly. Any ideas?

Halepence instead of Halfpence

Perforation difference on top left is same as top right
