Please help me identify / give me some explanation about this Telegraph cancellation. What does "Port" mean? Probably Jan 8, 1930, Melbourne, but not clear. Scott 74, ACSC 119. Thanks.

Apparently that is a Port Adelaide Telegraph Office cancellation.

Nice detective work. At least I know of where the cancellation comes from ... though not an exact duplicate. I'll update my records, and onto the next item ...
