I only collect US, and the two stamps below were included with a lot of US classics I recently acquired. I would appreciate someone providing country, catalogue number and CV.

The first is a Japanese fiscal stamp. Often pops up in old albums. China, I think, for the second.

The first is a "Justice" revenue, which come in several denominations, on two main paper types, and many, many different perforation types. I have not seen a catalog that breaks down all of the possibilities, but the pictures are the small sample of what I have had. BTW this revenue collection is up for auction at Kelleher.

Thanks, Dandow! That is helpful. For trading purposes, does it have value?

One down, one to go.

papa0802.

The two stamps you show appear periodically on SCF. Recommend you take a few mins and search archives. (I provided info re the Japanese revenue only a few wks ago.)

Vayolene is correct re China revenue. One of a series of similar issues. Start with Chinese Stamp Society website (revenues).

Am not at home at present, hence do not access to my revenue catalogues.

Good luck. Lots of interesting issues to be found.

Thanks, Calstamp. I did find a 2010 reference with URL links to the English language versions of Japanese stamp websites. Unfortunately, the links no longer work (404). I'll keep looking, but I'm a novice in this area.

Here is a working link to an English language PDF of Chinese revenues at chinastampsociety.org:

...and here is a working link for an overview page of Japanese revenues. (This page had an earlier, now dead, link found in several places on SCF.)

Thanks CJD! I appreciate the help. I found both stamps in the links you provided, but I still have no idea of their value for trading purposes. I will be joining a stamp club next month, so hopefully someone there will have the related catalogues.
