Hi all!

I came across this forgery recently and a cursory look didn't turn up much information on Cents Issue forgers. It's a fairly convincing engraving with the exception of the shading on the queen.

Has anyone else come across this one or have any information on it?

Cam.

I believe this is an Oneglia forgery but I can't find my reference so don't quote me yet. I'll keep searching

The forgery is most likely made by Oneglia. The Lowe-Walske book has poor images, but does note that the Queen's face on the One Cent is too heavily shaded.
