Hello
I have managed to narrow this stamp down to 1890s Colombia as part of the Coat of Arms series.
The 10 Centavos that I have appears to be on pink paper which I haven't been able to find any reference of. My question is twofold:
1. If this is a known pink paper variety would someone be able to share the Scott number with me please?
or
2. Is this a normal brown variety 10 Centavos which has undergone a colour change because of an ink run in the soaking process/it got wet at some point in time in its history?
Thanks
