Rather than count sheep to get to sleep, sometimes I count stamps. I attempted to picture a coil stamp for each whole number value from 1 cent on up. I reached 30 cents and came up empty. Online searches also turn up nothing. Ignoring computer vended, is 30 cents indeed the lowest such stamp value never issued in coil form?
