Agree. Cinderellas. Possibly fundraising issues.

Am not very familiar with Bale catalogue to advise whether or not these are listed therein.

Recommend using Google Image (image matching) software to assist with identification.

To make it a little clearer I'd like to clarify the Translation/Interpretation/Caption text in Vayolene's post identifying the Hebrew text as "Herzlia Gymnasium, Jaffa."
In Hebrew, the third word in the caption at the bottom of the stamp, and on the left, since Hebrew reads right to left, is Yafo, the Hebrew name for what is commonly called Jaffa in the English-speaking world. The word gymnasium in this case is not what is generally thought of today as a building where athletic activities take place, but rather is a term that was once common in Central and Eastern European countries as what we generally think of today as a high school or secondary school, and in fact the Herzlia Gymnasium was the High School built for that city, and was in use from 1909 until 1962 when it was demolished. The school was designed along the lines of what King Solomon's Temple was thought to have looked like
