Hi, I'm a newbie. Can anyone help identify these stamps in attached photo? They look pre-1940 but they do not appear to be in the Scotts CLASSIC SPECIALIZED Catalogue (World 1840-1940). All are uncanceled and were lightly hinged in a stamp book. Any help would be appreciated...years printed, series name, estimated value if in another Scotts Catalogue. Thanks in advance!

Maybe go to a museum and find a professional stamp researcher.

I looked up the values on stampworld.com using @vayolene's IDs, and they are only slightly better than minimum value.
So they would sell for around 10c each on ebay.

If you want to look them up, you can use:
Catalog
Asia
China
China, Empire
Search: Category: Postage due stamps [Search]
Year: 1940-1948

You'll see values under * (unused) in the range $0.55 to $0.82 .
Stamps usually sell on ebay for around 15% of that, so around 10c.

Thanks all for the info. I had thought they may have been pre-1940 based on the paper and ragged perforation. Thanks again.
