Thank you all for the advice I remember as a young child spending hours and hours doing stamps with grandma. Good times and I wish this could be passed down to my kids that have absolutely NO interest in it. Not to mention the arrowhead and Colorado history book collections that still have to be dealt with. Definitely a hoarder or collector but at least a Very organized clean one

What you're showing so far suggests someone who had huge fun with her stamp collection, but didn't blow money on, or find, expensive items. So you're looking for a sale venue that's going to cost you as liitle as possible to get the goods to it - assuming that you don't want to go down the ebay route.

Agree with Geoff. This material is tailor made for Rasdale or Kelleher with Rasdale being closer to you. Delivering yourself is economically the most sensible option if doable for you. Shipping costs would eat up a large share, if not all, of your potential sales money. The cost/benefit ratio in this case does not support shipping for appraisal.

My opinion (based upon the images shown so far) is that this material does not represent significant market value. And while you mention that your kids do not have any interest now, that could well change once they get into their 40s and 50s. Since you are not going to see much income from accumulation, why not hold onto this family heirloom? Store the totes in a controlled environment (no attic or damp basement).
