Can anyone help me to identify the Scott Catalog number for this stamp? Any assistance would be appreciated.....

Yes, 5779. It appears to be the booklet version. The corresponding coil stamp of the same design is Scott # 5774.

philatomic, curious how you could tell it was from a booklet. The image I see on my screen does not give any clue (that I recognize) on the edges of the item.

Sandman,

The coil stamps are smaller than the booklet stamps. The images are truncated on the
coils, mostly at the top edge.

Here are the two varieties of the stamp in the OP. The booklet stamp is on top.





Here are the back side of the booklet and a strip of 10 of the coil.
