These are not parcel post stamps as in issued by the USPOD and assigned Scott numbers in the "Q" series.

They were produced by private companies. I will return later with an edit to include the name of the book that covers these.

Bruce H. Mosher's Catalog of Private Express Labels & Stamps, United States Canada Mexico. It can be found on ebay and elsewhere. Get one of the later editions as they are more complete.

When I see them on ebay and they sell, it is for just a few dollars.

It will or may take me several days to dig out my Mosher and provide more detail.

Others here on SCF have a Mosher and may provide the information before I do.

Lastly I suggest you ask a moderator to change your title to, "Need Help About These Private Company Parcel Post Stamps." Additionally, the mod may move this to a better topic area. Use, "send a note to staff."

Mosher #PPCD-S1a with confirmed operations just in 1899 at Boston, MA. Perf.12 size 37x21.5 mm

2018 Catalog value per Mosher is $15.00 +/- 30%

As I noted above these have been selling on ebay for a few dollars, generally less than $10.00.
