I got some fantastic, fairly recent stamps on the envelope when I ordered from a Bulgarian seller and I'm wondering if they can be soaked off or not. Google wasn't very helpful! It's a padded envelope so if possible I'd like to soak them.

I recall reading that some countries use a self-adhesive glue that soaks off nicely, unlike US/UK, but if that's not the case with Bulgaria, I don't want to risk ruining these stamps.

Sometimes you can tell just by looking at the "perforations".

Oh, that's true! Didn't think of that. One is a minisheet and the perforations are definitely holes rather than "ripples", and there's another block of four that's the same way - still attached as a block with actual holes.
