I have 2 rolls of the US Flag issued in 2017 100 coil. I just notice that every stamp has a plate number. These were manufactured by Banknote Corporation of America (BCA).
I am aware of other coils where the plate number is on every 25th stamp. I have never seen it on every stamp.
Legitimate stamps for fake?
Any help would be greatly received.

I got a roll of this modern counterfeit. It has a plate number on every 15th stamp.
