Hi, I have a cover sent from Cuba in 1919 to a Navy Office in England, which was later redirected to London. The cover has been censored by the UK, but there's a particular mark/cancel on it that has caught my attention.

Can anyone provide information about this?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
