A nice find in a cover lot purchase. This is Scott 317, the 3 1/2d Queen Elizabeth issue of 1959. ACSC mentions a variety known as Color Flaw in top of L of Australia, ACSC 352e. It is visible to the naked eye, so nice to see. This is a First Day Cover, and the right hand stamp has the variety. Also, nice to see on a letter to Natal, South Africa.
