Hey everyone. I have these two CSAs (#6 & #7) I'd like you to look at.
To my understanding, both pieces were printed on Hard Paper, but my #6 here appears to be on soft paper that resembles my CSA#1s (on soft paper).
Are there any known paper types/errors, or does anyone have a hard paper CSA that resembles the one here?:

As for the following #7, rather than being blue, it appears more ultramarine when comparing it to any piece on the blue or ultramarine spectrums.
Is there such a known variety for the #7?:

Edit* to add the #7 under light:

That helps a lot Rog! You saved me a lot of time. Thank you!
That creamy, prooflike impression didn't sit right with me... but I can certainly see how it fools many collectors.

So, the "CSA#6" would be the New York counterfeit, and the other would be the
CSA 7-R, Richmond Print.

Does that look about right?

Anyone familiar that can confirm what was stated?
I think it certainly is the NY counterfeit, but were they known also to be used as postage, or is that a fake cancel..?

From the look of it, I would assume that it is fake.

Man, I don't even want to sell my CSAs now after looking through all the counterfeits... I realized it isn't a New York counterfeit because the crossbars of "F" and "E" don't match up as they should. I'll just throw them in a stock book until I find out something new.
Thanks Bart.
