The second one is a variety, the unprinted middle area is shifted. I do not believe it is considered an error

On the first stamp the green plate (?) is shifted a bit. It is also not considered an error.

The 20 Kon shift is listed in Zagorsky with a premium.

For those who may not know, it's not an N (or n), it's the Cyrillic Pe which, in written form, is a slight variant of the Greek Pi, from which it was derived. And, of course, the Latin P originated from Pi. This is why the inscription on the stamp tranlates to Kop[ek].

Yes, definitely. Having that nearby helps identify many stamps of Russia. Similar can be said for Bulgaria.

The Russian alphabet is very old ,but probably it is not a popular fact that it originally came from, Bulgaria.
