Peter, I believe acanalizo is referring to the panes of 20 of these stamps, not the coils.

Acanalizo, the USPS sometimes uses the term "reissued" when a stamp is issued in a new format. In this case, coil stamp designs that were subsequently issued in panes of 20.

The item numbers are really the same. The number that ends in 00 is the generic item number for the product while the number ending in 04 is a specific order number for a pane of 20.

I believe that the fruit issues have been, from their start, sold in both coil and 20x sheets.
