This is a cover that shows the rates for Canadian householder mail in the KG 5 and KG 6 periods. As shown the 1 1/2 cent rate started on the 2nd of August 1951. The cover is an FDC for that date.
I have not been able to find any information on the
end of the 1 1/2 cent rate or any other rates / dates in the following QE 2 period.
Any information or web links would be much appreciated.
