You say that there are no rare brands, but what is this?

The top stamp is Scott 599
The bottom stamp is Scott 599A
You have a common Scott 599 precancel.

Again, if you argue with Michel catalog, show as a picture from the Michel catalog along the stamp you actually have and of what you think you have. Even better, find an (old) Scott Specialised catalog that can better tell you the differences of your very common stamps to the rare stamps. Again, none of the stamps you've shown are the rare varieties.

All your stamps are very common. You have shown that you know how to use a perforation gauge.
A perforation gauge measures the number of holes/teeth per 20mm. How many teeths and holes there are in total on a stamp is completely irrelevant. Stamps have different sizes, and the perforators used on your stamps were "randomly cutting holes" along an entire sheet, so the perforations of a particular stamp starts either with a hole or a tooth or some fraction of a tooth/hole. How many teeth/holes there are is completely irrelevant, the "Number of teeth/holes per 20mm" is the only metrics that counts.

I think that we should always try to have patience with folks who think they have stumbled upon a rarity (or multiple rarities) in hopes of helping them and possibly lead them into becoming a collector. I think we should keep in mind that there are sometimes language or language translation issues.

But once a poster has shown that they are not going to accept help in properly identifying their stamp(s) and that they are going to continue to push back against the help that is being offered, patience begins to run out for everyone involved. This leads to public drama and consumes much more Staff time than usual, neither or which is good for the community.

I think that this thread, along with the other current similar threads, have run their course and little more can be added. As such, let move on. Hunter123cc, if you get a cert, contact the Mods and we will unlock this thread so you can update it.
