Looking for assistance identifying the Red Maltese cancellation on this Black Penny. Looks to be plate 7, dot in the "E" of Penny is the give away.
Red with a broken inner cross at the top.

Postmark Reveal shows the separation of the top bar of the inner cross

The back just for kicks, you can just make out the watermark. Any ideas who Mohrmann night be?

Thanks rogdcam! Apperantly Mr Morhmann was a stamp certifier. Click the certif. link. The cert shows that he certified a Mauritius 1D Red stamp, with signature.
