I have multiple back of the book items from Mexico that I could use help identifying. I was able to ID all my documentary revenues, but these have been trickier. Fare amount of info online about revenues from Mexico, but I am still missing some info for these. Looking to determine their specific usage and when they were issued if there is a Mexico expert out in the community.

The pair at the right were duty stamps for cigars as it reads cigaros.
The one at the bottom reads timbre mexico mercancias; mercancias are (trade) goods / freight.

The "E.P." on the stamp top right might mean 'Emisión Permanente.' There exist several of such fiscal stamps depicting trades, agriculture, etc.
The bottom part is a 'talón' and includes the inscription of the printers: TALLERES DE IMP(RESIÓN) DE EST(AMPILLAS) Y VALORES MEXICO. That name of the state printers of Mexico dates the stamps no earlier than the 1930s.

Thanks everyone for the assistance. I have been going through my entire back of the book collection to catalog everything and have been getting a bit overwhelmed at times so I appreciate all the comments and info.
