I recently acquired this Giro revenue from Spain, which from research sounds like was used for money orders. I have been trying to date it with no success, and only seen a few photos of it online. Does anyone have any info on the date?
Listed in Forbin catalogue under "effets de commerce" (bills of exchange) Would you say your stamp is "blue" or "violet" ? Blue ones are from 1900,violet ones from 1902
