I cam across this Grenada stamp and count not figure out what the Scott catalog number is?

It's a revenue stamp, not a postage stamp, so you won't find it in Scott.

It's from 1876, #9 in Forbin revenue stamps catalogue.

A more modern reference is the Barefoot Commonwealth Revenue catalogue.

Barefoot #9 if large star watermark, issued 1875 (2019 price 5.00 GBP), or #16 if small star watermark (price 3.50 GBP).
