I cannot find this item in the ACSC catalog, nor in some other websites that try to track all known varieties. This Scott 43, ACSC 36, is the second watermark version of this more rare stamp. What I am seeing is some type of scratch in the Gulf of Carpintaria. It is partially obscured by the cancel, but it is there. Any idea? Thanks for looking.
