Hi all,
I've just acquired a nice specialized Victoria collection from an auction house in Sydney that has something I've not seen before. I'm hoping for help identifying it and any information regarding this.
It's an SG Type 71, 1 Penny green with what appears to be a hand-surcharged 1888 and 1/2.
